This property is NON-SMOKING. We do not allow pets on this property.

Maximum occupancy for this property is ten people.

You are responsible for the property you are using.  Any damages incurred to the property while you are renting it will be charged to you. Failure to leave the property in a reasonably clean condition will result in additional charges as well.  Thank you for taking care of our home!
