(for less than 5 nights):

Minimum stays of 5 nights are preferable during the summer months. Please call to discuss availability and rates for stays of less than 5 nights during this time.
Please note: Stays of less than 3 nights will require a cleaning fee of $86.00

Rates include taxes
Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the reservation date will
forfeit 50% of rental fee. All cancellations will require a
$50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be made for early
departures.
Payment may be made by Visa, Master Card or cash. A credit card is
required to hold your reservation, with a deposit of 50% of rental fee.
Confirmation of your reservation will be provided to you following receipt of
your deposit and signed rental agreement. Balance will be due at
check-in.
This property is NON-SMOKING.
We
do not allow pets on this property.
Maximum occupancy for this property is ten people.
You are responsible for the property you are using. Any damages incurred
to the property while you are renting it will be charged to you. Failure to
leave the property in a reasonably clean condition will result in additional
charges as well. Thank you for taking care of our home!
